We have a casual opportunity available where you will provide active, person centred support to people with disabilities. Successful candidates will have availability to work a range of shifts across a 24\/7 roster, including sleepover shifts and weekends between our Supported Independent Living (SIL) home in <strong>Arundel<\/strong>.<\/p>\n<p><strong><br \/>Key Responsibilities<\/strong><\/p>\n<ul type=\"disc\">\n<li>Day to day care (including personal care) and supervision<\/li>\n<li>Community Access &amp; Transport<\/li>\n<li>Maintain &amp; Monitor Person Centred Plans<\/li>\n<li>Documenting &amp; Progress Note keeping<\/li>\n<li>Build positive relationships with the people we support and their families<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p><strong><br \/>Skills &amp; Experience<\/strong><\/p>\n<ul type=\"disc\">\n<li>Prior experience in the industry supporting clients with disability and\/or relevant qualifications<\/li>\n<li>An Australian Driver\u2019s Licence<\/li>\n<li>A current First Aid and CPR Certificate (must be obtained prior to employment)<\/li>\n<li>Excellent interpersonal and communications skills<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p>To be considered for and appointed to a position at Life Without Barriers, you must be fully vaccinated against COVID-19 with a minimum of two (2) doses or hold a valid medical exemption certificate, in accordance with Life Without Barriers Employee COVID-19 Vaccination Policy.
