About the role
This role will provide support to our Concierge team while also lending a hand at all our events and expos. You’ll bring a positive and supportive attitude, thriving in a fast-paced environment. You’ll be instrumental in providing administrative support to the Service Manager – Operations, Team Leaders, and consultants, ensuring smooth operations across assigned portfolios. Responsibilities include managing key administrative tasks, coordinating meetings and projects, handling office administration such as data entry and expense reconciliation, and collaborating with colleagues within the Dementia Centre to fulfill team-wide responsibilities effectively.
This permanent Full-Time (Monday to Friday) role is based out of our St Leonard’s office!
Key Responsibilities include
- Local office administration, support and coordination
- Filtering and using discretion of incoming mail, HC Connect tasks and phone calls – determining whether they merit action, escalation or delegation to others.
- Administrative coordination of and preparation for meetings (e.g. preparing and circulating agendas). Providing guest hospitality and point-of-welcome at office, or other venues
- Managing and ensuring the security of all office resources and equipment and maintaining the asset register
- Capacity to collate and manage information. Strong liaison with senior leadership across the Team and HammondCare
About You
- Commitment to engage and align with HammondCare’s Christian Mission, Motivation and Mission in Action.
- High level technical skills and using Microsoft 365 (particularly Word and PowerPoint products).
- Exemplary organisational skills and ability to prioritise competing demands and work to deadlines
- Excellent communication skills and telephone manner
- Ability to present consistent and professional documents and reports that reflect HC’s style, culture and mission.
- Ability to plan and organise meetings, office events, equipment and guest hospitality.
